Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and exchange policies below:
1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships from our warehouse. If you paid by credit or debit card and cancel your order, we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction as soon as possible. However, please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your bank’s processing procedures.
2. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return steps below for the item you wish to return and submit a new order for the new items.
3. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The following conditions must be met for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains.
- Items must be in sellable condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Please include a note in the package with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your returned package is marked as delivered, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
Return Shipping Fees & Customs Duties Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as any customs duties that may be incurred when sending the parcel back to us. Please note that customs duties collected upon delivery will be deducted from the final refund amount.
4. Return Request Approval
Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received at the designated address provided by us. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@kakana.ae for approval and further instructions.
5. Return Label & Address
For returns, please ensure you send the parcel to the address we provide via email after your return request is approved. Do not send returns to the address on the shipping label included with your original order.
Once your return is shipped, please email us the tracking number at info@kakana.ae to help us track and process your return.
6. KAKANA is not responsible for any lost returns.
Please take reasonable care of the products you wish to return. Items must be returned in their original condition. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused during your possession of the items and may reject any return requests that do not meet our return criteria.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, we will refund the purchase price of the item. You must return the faulty, damaged, or incorrect products to us as soon as possible, in the same condition as received.
